What affects your final cost

Weight

Each container includes a tonnage allowance. Dense material — concrete, dirt, tile, roofing — reaches it fast, which is why heavy debris belongs in a lowboy.

Time on site

Standard rentals cover the window you pick at booking. Extra days and swap-outs are available and quoted up front.

What is in the load

Clean single-material loads go to recyclers at a lower rate. Mixed debris and prohibited items cost more to process.

Pricing questions

What is included in the price?

Delivery to your address, pickup on your date, and a set tonnage allowance for the container. There is no separate trip charge inside Orange County.

What costs extra?

Weight over the included tonnage allowance, extra rental days beyond the agreed window, and prohibited items that have to be pulled and disposed of separately. We tell you the overage rate before you book.

Why does the 10 yard lowboy cost more than the 10 yard trash bin?

Different container, different load. The lowboy is reinforced for concrete, dirt and roofing and carries a much larger tonnage allowance, and heavy inert debris costs more per ton to dispose of.

Do you charge a permit fee?

No. If the container has to sit on a public street rather than private property, the city issues the encroachment permit and charges its own fee. On a driveway or lot, no permit is needed.

Is pricing the same across Orange County?

Yes — these prices apply county-wide, from Fullerton and Anaheim in the north to San Clemente in the south, because we dispatch from three yards inside the county.
