Concrete and dirt disposal with a lowboy dumpster
Heavy debris follows different rules than household junk. A cubic yard of broken concrete weighs roughly two tons, so a container that looks half empty can already be at the legal haul weight. That is what lowboy dumpsters are built for.
Use a 10 or 15 yard lowboy
For driveway removal, patio demo, block wall tear-out, tile, brick, pavers, asphalt or soil, we deliver a 10 or 15 yard lowboy. The short walls let you wheelbarrow material straight in, and the small footprint keeps the box within the weight a truck can legally carry.
Keep clean loads clean
Concrete and dirt with no rebar, wood, trash or plastic mixed in can go to a recycler instead of a landfill, which is cheaper to dispose of. If you are demolishing a patio and also clearing out the garage, ask us for two containers or a swap-out rather than mixing the two.

Loading tips that save money
Load the heaviest pieces flat across the floor of the container instead of piling them at one end; an unbalanced box is harder to hoist and may need re-leveling. Break oversized slabs so they lie flat, and keep the load below the top rail.
